Returns and refunds

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with tags and original packaging. Custom or bulk orders are not returnable unless defective.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace it or refund you.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order from your order page before it is dispatched. Once dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after approval. Cash on delivery refunds are sent by bank transfer or UPI.
