Shipping policy

Dispatch time

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1 to 2 working days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your pincode. You can check availability and the estimated time on the product page and at checkout.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free above the minimum order value shown in the announcement bar. Below that, a flat shipping fee is added at checkout. Cash on delivery orders carry a small handling fee.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will see the courier name and tracking number on your order page. You can also use the Track order page with your order number and email.

Undelivered parcels

If delivery fails after repeated attempts the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to re-ship or refund the order amount excluding shipping charges.
